Through the work done in and based on joint workshops, we describe the desired operating models and processes with our clients and identify the flows of data in them as well as operational bottlenecks and their potential solutions.
We have often heard that we grasp the nature of various processes and workflows quickly, and that we are able to describe and analyse them clearly and visually. We make extensive use of different methods in business model and process work, but for instance BPMN, Archimate or SIPOC models and process maps are commonly in our use.
